We love hanging out with each other! Our termly socials are a chance to connect, laugh and recharge. Friendly competition is often a feature as we take part in quizzes and sports as well as more relaxed craft evenings and fire nights.

In the rush of modern life, we want Socials at Coopers Edge to offer a haven for connection and fun. From sports to quizzes and adventure activities. Whether you have been a member of Coopers Edge Community Church from day 1 or just want to meet some others who live on the estate, join us to unwind, laugh, and build lasting friendships. Life today can be really time pressured and in extremely busy times, finding space to connect with others can be really valuable. Some of these events are simply to find a place to connect, others to have a laugh. Our hope is that these events are refreshing and fun as well as a lifeline to look after your mental wellbeing.
We sometimes to separate men’s and women’s socials and sometimes meet all together! Our most recent socials were a curry night. We also attended a pub quiz at the Turmut-Hoer pub in Abbeymead and had a Christmas Craft morning. We have a fire night and laser tag planned for future events in the near future!
